The fixed push-pull system is a simple but very practical solution, which achieves the effect of automatic feeding and discharging through conveyor belts and format bottle arrangement. The system is designed to transfer the filled vials from the capping machine through the lyophilizer to the filling line, and this transfer process becomes the feeding cycle. The system then transports the lyophilized vials out of the lyophilizer to the capping line. Each fixed push-pull device corresponds to only one freeze dryer and only provides services for it.

The racks around the entire sliding system are integrated with accessories such as glass doors, as well as monitoring systems and safety protection systems to protect the personal safety of operators.

2. The format bottle unscrambler pushes the vials forward row by row
