Machine Description

The machine is a continuous linear multi-fimction filling device for handling of the aseptic injectables liquid under cleaning environment with a "V shape conveyor vial transferring from the infeeding to the outfeeding. This conveyor belt with no sizepart change for handling of vial sizes from 1ml to 100ml.

1. Continuous linear and PLC controlled operation, 1-100ml vial sizes applicable

2. Fallen vial rejected, semi-auto sampling, no vial no filling no stoppering, pre and post gas flushing combined with safety alarm functions

3. Machine main parts sourced from well-known manufacture with long life operation

4. Very high filling accuracy, Min. tolerance <±0.5%

5. Escorting movement during filling, less forming benefited to freeze drying production

6. Continuous and slowly stoppering design ensure no stopper jumping during stoppering, Successful rate >99.8%

7. Easier operation via touch screen

8. Multi container sizes applicable, less changing sizeparts , completion of stoppering/ half stoppering adjustable easily

9. Machine operation be possible in individual or synchronized

10. RABS or cRABS system integrated possible
